RETURNS

We only accept returns of items from the “ready to ship” category, purchased by the private individuals. Other items are made to order and those can’t be returned. Also, we can’t accept returns of items purchased by the company.

All items must be returned in an original packaging together with all tags and labels.

You will receive a refund.

In case of damage, in the presence of the postman or courier, the customer should open the package and check if the parcel was not damaged during the shipment.

Otherwise, you won’t receive a refund.

Important:

We only accept returns after contacting us.

Until the returned items reach us, you are responsible for the package. Remember to check, insure and safely pack the goods.

The buyer shall bear the costs of return.

If a product is damaged or faulty, you may file a complaint. Return expenses become applicable only when the goods have the manufacturing defect and refund is being issued. Because our products are handmade and antiqued, we can’t accept any returns associated with it, for example, chipped coating, scratches visible on the pictures.
